History

2002: founding of AIVAR (Automatic Identification Value Added Resources), a compact organization with a handful of consultants to assist (inter)national companies in optimizing their business processes using such automatic identification technologies as RFID.

2002-2004: AIVAR provides advice and process optimization to the industry, the care, transportation & logistics and public sector industries and increasingly develops customer-specific solutions based on RFID and telematic technologies.

2004: In response to a growing need, AIVAR in 2004 begins investing in the development of robust and flexible software platforms with reliable location tracking and monitoring hardware, Fleettrace.

2005-2007: More and more customers in the transportation & logistics, construction & installation, the care and public sector industries connect to Fleettrace® (www.fleettrace.com ), a real-time fleet management application.

2007-2008: The organization grows with the increasing number of satisfied customers and includes, in addition to a solid development department, an independent installation and support department. Due to the growth, AIVAR moves in early 2007 to new premises in the heart of the historic town of Zutphen.

2008- 2009: The growing demand for location-based information, location tracking and protection of valuable resources and people, monitoring solutions and integration with third-party applications, paves the way for new, innovative software and hardware applications. Due to solid growth, AIVAR moves in early 2009 to new premises on the industrial park De Revelhorst in Zutphen. The organization and its performance are characterized by its annual growth.
